That resilience comes from a heavier 2–4 micron gold plating sealed with an anti-tarnish finish over a skin-safe base.
For the longest life we still follow one rule: last on, first off. Wear them through your workout and your commute; take them off before a hot shower, the pool, or the sea, where chlorine and salt wear down any plating. Everything here is nickel-free and warrantied against fading for 6 months.
Frequently asked questions
Is your jewellery actually waterproof?
It's water-resistant and sweat-proof — it handles rain, humidity and a splash without fading or spotting. We don't recommend showering or swimming in any plated jewellery, because hot water, soap, chlorine and salt shorten the plating's life.
Can I wear it to the gym?
Yes. Sweat is one of the main things our anti-tarnish seal is designed to resist, so gym wear is fine. Just wipe pieces down afterwards.
Will rain or monsoon damage it?
No. A rain-soaked commute won't harm it. Dry pieces with a soft cloth when you get home and store them in the pouch provided.
What makes it more water-resistant than normal jewellery?
Two things: heavier 2–4 micron plating (vs thin flash plating) and an anti-tarnish top seal, both over a skin-safe base. Thin plating is what fails fast in water.
