7-day easy returns

Changed your mind, or something's not right? Raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery at kanakritijewels.com/returns.

What's eligible

• The piece is unused and unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.
• The request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Earrings that have been worn can't be returned (hygiene), unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Festival accessories are non-returnable — e.g., the rakhi in a Rakhi combo set (the jewellery piece in the combo remains returnable as above).
• Free gifts and note cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or wrong item?

We're sorry! Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or a short unboxing video (we recommend recording one while opening every parcel — it makes damage claims instant to approve). We'll prioritise a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

How it works

1. Submit your request at /returns with your order number.
2. Our team reviews it (usually same day) and arranges a free reverse pickup.
3. Once the piece passes our quality check, your refund or exchange is processed.
